Ocea’s conversions are intelligently designed residential homes, providing affordable living spaces that people want to live in.  They are registered with the Help to Buy Government scheme – ensuring their properties are even more accessible to first time buyers.

In conjunction with Progressive Property, Ocea also host the Commercial Property Masterclass, a three-day training event offering advanced information on how to return high levels of profit from £million commercial conversion property deals.

Along with her business partner Glenn Delve, Justine has also established the Take AIM Mastermind Programme, which delivers ongoing support and mentoring for individuals looking to undertake commercial to residential conversions.

She is also the founder of the UK Association of Virtual Assistants (UKAVA), an association formed in 2005 to provide information, advice and recommendations to both virtual  assistants and their prospective clients. The UKAVA has since gone on to become the primary resource for virtual assistants wishing to advertise their services to potential clients, for potential clients looking for their perfect business partner and for the media when looking for a source of authority on the virtual assistant industry in the UK.

Justine is also delighted to be able to pass on the benefits of her vast experience of the VA role to aspiring and progressive VAs as a co-founder of the VA Success Group. The VA Success Group provides a range of online training courses and essential resources to individuals wishing to become a virtual assistant.
