Justine established her first online business, an internet marketing company, in 1998, while working full-time. She sold it in 2003 for a six-figure sum, and it is still operating under its new ownership today.

Justine is the founder and director of My Virtual Assistant Limited, a flourishing business support service, rapidly expanding through a network of virtual assistant franchisees across the UK. This company provides virtual office support, personal assistance, secretarial,  business support and administration services to entrepreneurs and small  businesses. For more information, see www.my-va.com.

She is also the founder of the UK Association of Virtual Assistants (UKAVA), an association formed in 2005 to provide information, advice and recommendations to both virtual  assistants and their prospective clients. The UKAVA has since gone on to become the primary resource for virtual assistants wishing to advertise their services to potential clients, for potential clients looking for their perfect business partner and for the media when looking for a source of authority on the virtual assistant industry in the UK. Justine is also delighted to be able to pass on the benefits of her vast experience of the VA role to aspiring and progressive VAs as a co-founder of the VA Success Group. The VA Success Group provides a range of online training courses and essential resources to individuals wishing to become a virtual assistant. For more information visit:www.vasuccessgroup.co.uk
